Why I create this "Cheminformatics .NET" blog?

I have been working as a Cheminformatician, mainly as developer,  from C++ to C#, for over 10 years, and now working in Novartis.  Every day there are many developers around me, most of them don't have chemistry, even science background.  They keep asking me this and that question about Cheminforatics and programming as well.  So I came up this idea to write something done in public area.

I'm going to start with some basic .NET programming skill, following by Cheminformatics.  Here are topics I will cover in later posts:

  1. .NET basic
  2. Asp.NET basic
  3. Creating web service with Asp.NET, including SOAP web service, json web service
  4. Javascript basic and javascript frameworks
  5. Javascript on touch devices
  6. Representing molecule, reaction in computer languages
  7. Storing and search chemical structures
  8. Chemical file formats
  9. Chemistry cartridges
  10. ...
